Hello guys, I have set my own selfhosted email service on Oracle Cloud
and migrate to it from the gandi mailbox.

Isn't Oracle Cloud Free Tier known for randomly deleting peoples
instances?

If you not abuse its resource, I do not think Oracle will delete your
instances randomly.

And the new instances created after 2021 can not use the TCP port of
25. You need to upgrade the always free trier to pay as you go
subscription (PAYG), so that you can create support request to open
the 25 port. But even your are not the always free account, you can
still use all the quota of resource assigned to the always free
account without any cost.
