Media only available when proper subtitles are found

Hello, I have been running \*arr with Jellyfin for a while now. Right
now my media folder in Jellyfin is separated from Sonarr, Radarr and
Bazarr, but I have media in Jellyfin which I have to re-manage because
this was fetched in the early days of me hosting \*arr and the naming
is ofcourse not on point. Now together with this, I want my media only
to be available in Jellyfin when subtitles in my language are fetched.
Now I manually move the file to the Jellyfin media folder. I think
there is a better solution out there to have (a separate instance of)
Radarr, Sonarr and Bazarr linked to the media folder of Jellyfin. I
have no idea how to do this with only 1 instance of the \*arr stack,
so I had the idea to set up a second one for the media in Jellyfin and
set up a script and run it using cron, but I wanted first to see if
there is anyone who had the same problem and found a better solution.
Any suggestion is appreciated, thanks!
