Looking for a Self-Hosted Renewals Solution reddit / selfhosted ---------------------------------------------------------------------- A_Nameless · 2023-11-20 18:00 Hey Selfhosted, What I'm after today is an option to process renewals for a small company. What we're looking for, I believe to be pretty simple. As to my knowledge, I can navigate PHP, java, and python well-enough and am pretty solid in HTML and css. What we have now is an Access Database that queries our renewals from an excel spreadsheet that it uses on the back-end. We have a field called renewal\_date that we use to pull all renewals occurring within the month. It then generates these forms that we print out and mail out to our clients. Either via fax, email, or snail mail they are receiving the renewals back (With plenty lost in translation in snail mail and fax) and are manually inputting whether or not the individuals renewed. What we would like is something akin to docusign that will allow us to generate these forms with fields such as {{name}} {{company\_name}} and {{billing\_plan}} generated based on the renewal date and then for the form to be electronically signable. We'd like to be able to send this link out via email or, if needed, text. Now, due to the unique nature of our business, we don't actually need third-party veracity when it comes to signing so something like Docuseal absolutely works for us but I didn't see the capacity to generate forms there and I don't know how best to make it co-mingle with another solution. That said, we're not opposed to spending a little money to get a solution that actually works for us. Please, any advice is very much appreciated. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- codenamek83 · 2023-11-20 18:44 Take a look at [https://github.com/ellite/Wallos](https://github.com/ellite/Wallos) / [https://www.reddit.com/r/selfhosted/comments/17s2ge3/wallos\_opensour ce\_personal\_subscription\_tracker/](https://www.reddit.com/r/selfhos ted/comments/17s2ge3/wallos_opensource_personal_subscription_tracker/) ---------------------------------------------------------------------- A_Nameless · 2023-11-20 20:11 Doesn't seem to be what I'm after at all. I appreciate the comment though.
