Has anyone found an alternative to Trustworthy or Everplans that can
be self hosted?

I understand that if an alternative exist it probably won't be a
verbatim alternative, but I'm open to anything at the moment (other
than a spreadsheet).

It's time to actually get these documents centralized and easy for
others to access if needed. I am not a fan of putting this data in the
hand of a central company.

I'm totally shooting in the dark as I'm unfamiliar with these
services, but if it's document management you're looking for then it's
my understanding that Paperless-ngx is the way to go.
