Reinstalled Windows. Do I need to reinstall Dokuwiki?

I would have thought not. I have localhost up & running, but when I
try to go to my wiki, I get

So, do I have to reinstall DokuWiki?  I just can't believe that it
would have anything in the registry

Looks like you installed it locally. When you did this on this pc
before reinstalling windows yes. also if du didnt do an update you
probably lost your files

Thanks. I haven't done anything yet, just tried to run it. Files are
backed up. But, sounds like you reckon I just need to update?

Update? No, you need to restore from backup.

Oops. Sounds like I didn't explain properly. The only thing on my c:
drive us windows. Everything else is on other partitions, code, games,
data, applications.

I only wiped c:, and had expected dokuwiki to not be affected. I did
have to reinstall Apache, as it had some registry entries. With that
done, everything else on localhost is fine, except for dokuwiki

Just need to set the path to whatever the path to the dokuwiki files
are then.

Dokuwiki and it's data files remain unchanged on localhost. It should
to run. .guess I will update or reinstall, as that won't trash my
data. It's sleep o'clock over here. I'll tell you in the morning how
it went. Thanks for your help
