Need help regarding connecting servers to each other reddit / selfhosted ---------------------------------------------------------------------- LucidDreamer2k · 2023-11-17 23:35 Hello, I want to connect a USA cloud server to a Germany-dedicated server, I would like to forward all the ports and traffic from the USA to Germany, Like accessing the Germany server by using a USA IP address (Latency isn't an issue) which software should I use to do it? Is there any guide available on the Internet? Why am I doing this? Germany dedicated servers are quite cheap and I would like to use them but by hiding their original address like using a VPN. I would have good resources at a very cheap price, thank you. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- MrFlibble1980 · 2023-11-17 23:58 a VPN sounds sensible. OpenVPN has been around for ages, but used to be hard work to set up. I use wireguard to get to my home equipment, and it's dead easy and free. It only needs about 5 lines of config to make work. If you want to get to the internet from Germany, (on linux) you would probably have to set up iptables with NAT. I don't do it these days, but it is possible. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- LucidDreamer2k · 2023-11-18 00:02 is there any guide available on internet which you may suggest to me, Thanks a lot . ---------------------------------------------------------------------- Canadaian1546 · 2023-11-18 03:04 [https://duckduckgo.com/?t=ffab&q=vps+vpn+tunneling&ia=web](https://du ckduckgo.com/?t=ffab&q=vps+vpn+tunneling&ia=web) Here you go, good luck.
