Local DNS servers stopped resolving Comcast

I have two DNS servers at home.  Both Windows 2022, primary and
secondary.  Worked without issue pre Windows 2022 and when I replaced
them with Windows 2022 DNS servers in January of this year been fine.
About a week or two ago I started seeing sporadic issues with things
Comcast.  I am using Comcast as well.  DNS servers could resolve like
[pop.comcast.net](https://pop.comcsat.net) and then sometimes during
the day they wouldn't resolve it at all.  Then later they would again.
Glad to answer any questions but  will start there.  Note I hard coded
an IP of a [pop.comcast.net](https://pop.comcast.net)  address in my
DNS servers and then it would work and mail would come in but not
ideal and other pages don't work as well.  All I can see is Comcast.
Note I added Forwarders to each DNS server of
[8.8.8.8](https://8.8.8.8) and [8.8.4.4](https://8.8.4.4) and that
also seemed to work but not sure that's the right answer and this
wasn't an issue up until like a week ago.  Thoughts?
