I have to wipe clean my server and then reinstall my seedbox.
With rutorrent, if I backup .sessions and the video files, will the
new seedbox make the connection between the torrents and the files if
I reinstall them or will I have to redownload everything and ruin my
ratios at private trackers?

Is there a better way to do this?

Thanks for the help.

if torrent files aswell as the data is present the client will do an
integrity check and then seed the torrent.

Even if the torrent file doesn't exist any more, you can download the
torrent file again, and point it at the same file/directory.

As you're not actually downloading anything other than the .torrent
file, your ratio won't be impacted.

Yes that's what I said, the torrent file has to be present.
