I updated Vaultwarden server to 1.30.0 which has the tag latest as
well, but my VW server seems like it's stuck on version 1.29.someting
(2023.9.1) Did anybody have the same problem or does anybody how to
fix it?

Afaik webvault version is not identical to Vaultwarden version.

I am running 1.30 of VW which reports as webvault 2023.10.0, in
addition i dont think the version numbers reported by the browser
extension are 100% accurate all the time. Open a tab instead and visit
your vault, below the login it will show you the definite version
number of your webvault.
