So I would like to see some resources on how to setup a server for a
few applications I self host using docker compose, and a cloudflare
SSL protection. Does anyone know any resources for this?

I have used Dokku for a few years but lately its been problematic when
I want to self host a complicated setup. Going the docker compose
route would be easier IMO.
