Connect cheap cloud service with cheap AWS instance ?

So amazon S3 is too expensive for me. And there is a Swiss cloud
provider that offers 2TB for 5$/month, with Webdav protocol support.
(their VPS are too expansive)

Can I connect a Webdav cloud storage to my amazon Lightsail VPS
running Ubuntu and have all my services using it ? (mainly Cloudron
and some light Ubuntu services)

Yes mount the 2tb vps in amazon vps using rclone


But if you are doing something i/o intensive this setup will not work
