Hi fellow self hosters

Does anyone have a good solution of my current issue regarding
automatically email download?

My setup runs like this:

I have a daily reflection planner on an iPad with the app good notes.
After I fill out the paper I save it in a folder on my Synology. This
folder is watched by an application which changes the the name of the
pdf and then moves the file to my Obsidian folder in the right place.
The pfd then is automatically embedded on my daily journal. That works
for far great, but my iPad is dying and since its main purpose was as
a digital notebook, I replaced it with a Kindle Scribe (don't give me
s\*\*t about it :-) )

The main issue is that if I export my reflection sheet, I am only able
to email me the page, which would work if I would actually receive the
pdf, but no, I only get a download link where I can download my file.

So leaving all security issues and concerns aside, is there a app or a
way to automatically download the file and get the process going?

Thank's for all suggestions.
