NSLOOKUP not showing up, SOL?

Goodmorning everybody

I am trying to self host a small site, i did set up cloudflare to send
traffic from a domain i bought to an nginx server pointing to a
welcome page in flask, when I couldnt connect to it and received error
522 a bunch of times I tried an nslookup and the output is

"\*\* server can't find \[IP-ADDRESS\].[in-
addr.arpa](https://152.19.236.49.in-addr.arpa): NXDOMAIN"

It weird me out cause afaik error 522 means that cloudflare did find
the server but didnt receive and ack back, but that might be wrong, in
case please teach me.

In any way, does a non resolving public IP on nslookup mean that I'm
SOL or is there any way for this to still work?
