Hey all,
I have a ds423+, and I need to acces my files from devices connected
with ftp and from my phone (Synology Drive app), but I have not found
a way to do just that.

You want to use the Synology device with the Synology app? Then yes
why even ask here? Ask the Synology subreddit and be patient. I think
they have a forum too that you can try.

If you can run zerotier on anything at your house (old computer?) and
get vpn connectivity back to you lan. Or wireguard.

Put Sftpgo on that same device old computer and share your nas shares
though it.
