I manage independent nextcloud instances and wordpress instances on a
voluntary basis for various associations. for wordpress there is
mainWP as a dashboard for all installations and you have updates,
status and co at a glance. is there something like that for nextcloud?
i haven't been able to discover it yet.

Any dashboard that can use links?!

And a password Manager for the login credentials?

I mean with unRAID you kinda have exactly that with your webbui but
depending on your setup it would mean redeploying everything
