I have an nginx server I am using to stream in either rtmp or HLS. I
tested the stream using VLC and everything works good. I have a dumb
TV and a Roku TV. How can I play this stream on a TV?

I see a few options:

1) Use Smart TV App
2) Cast to TV for non-smart tv
3) Connect laptop or other device to TV via HDMI

Ideally I am looking for an app you can open on your TV enter a rtmp
URL and play the stream.
