Fresh Netbox Install keeps looping a GET /api message

I've got a brand new VM setup in our prox environment as a docker
host. It's working just fin with bitwarden, however, when trying to
get netbox up and running i'm not having any luck. The error is pretty
vague, so I'm not finding much help online. I got the folder
downloaded, I made sure the override file is there but when starting
the container it will just continuously loop the following:

"GET /api/ HTTP/1.1" 200 510 "-" "curl/7.88.1"

I cannot get it to go past that. Bitwarden runs on 8080 within the
container and 8443 but since it's in a container i don't think it
should be conflicting with this as they are mapped to different ports
within the host. Am I missing something obvious?
