Paperless ngx, access difficulties. reddit / selfhosted ---------------------------------------------------------------------- quentinbnt · 2023-11-07 18:23 Hi all, Paperless ngx is running flawlessly on my infrastructure (syno NAS), but i'm struggling with accessing it from abroad. I always run into this page; https://preview.redd.it/w8932nk4xyyb1.png?width=261&format=png&auto=we bp&s=a0e9b915a35399ba5bac25b93f813a447207d1a2 Reverse proxy is set via DSM (Syno Nas) + certificate. The logs tell me this; https://preview.redd.it/39nigdmbxyyb1.png?width=959&format=png&auto=we bp&s=459d0b2a0469ec06f4590af43e81ec4f676b0ee7 Hope you guys can point me in the right direction. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- dotinho · 2023-11-07 18:34 Maybe you need to set public page. Probably set as non public, means only by local lan you can reach. I never used Synology Reverse proxy. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- ElevenNotes · 2023-11-07 18:34 You get this error if your reverse proxy will validate the certificate of the endpoint, which is not needed on the same network. Simply disable the validation of backend certificates. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- dazchad · 2023-11-07 18:34 I haven't used Paperless yet, but looks like you need to specify trusted domains somewhere. Maybe this could point you in the right direction? https://docs.paperless- ngx.com/configuration/#PAPERLESS_CSRF_TRUSTED_ORIGINS ---------------------------------------------------------------------- quentinbnt · 2023-11-07 18:56 Thanks all - figured it out with the docs you pointed me towards.
