Hello!

I have an OpenBSD VPS and am looking for an RSS generator (not
aggregator) that works.

Do you have any recommendations?

I'm not sure exactly what you are asking, but it sounds like you want
to create RSS feeds?  If you'll need to find something that is
specifically built for the data you want to convert into a feed.

There are some general purpose tools which create feeds from public
data sets, perhaps that's what you are looking for?

I am looking for one of the general purpose ones as you describe, just
one that could be run on OpenBSD.

I haven't read the docs, but I expect them all to run on *BSD.
