Does anyone know how I can install an SSL certificate on my vhost as
shown in the screenshot?

Most tutorials on certificate installation typically use Certbot and
Let's Encrypt.

https://github.com/acmesh-official/acme.sh This script allows using
Google as a certificate authority to generate an SSL cert if that's
what you're asking about

What you've been suggested is literally using the same protocol
CertBot uses. Why don't you want to use CertBot and Let's Encrypt?

Why do you want to buy a ssl cert?

Just use lets encrypt.

Hi,

I am in a network that is blocked by a firewall, and for some reason
that I do not know, it seems that websites or servers using
certificates like the one mentioned are not blocked, and I can access
them normally.

I have never heard of the certificate I mentioned above, so I created
this thread to seek additional information.

My intention is to install this certificate on my VPN server (if
possible), and then create an SSH tunnel or VPN from my network

If the network you are talking about is from the Company you work in
=> dont do it you will get 100% terminated

What I mean by network is my isp ...they restricted access to internet
