What company offers similar prices and performance as Hetzner and
oneprovider?

i have a hetzner machine with the following specs:

> Intel Core i7-6700

> PLUSNIC 1 Gbit \- Intel I219-LM

> HDD2x HDD SATA 4,0 TB Enterprise

> RAM 2x RAM 16384 MB DDR4

and a oneprovider macj=hine with these specs:
> CPU:  Intel Xeon E3-1220 - 3.1 GHz - 4 core(s)
> RAM:  32GB - DDR3
> Hard Drive(s):        2x 4TB (HDD SATA)
> Bandwidth:    Unmetered @ 1Gbps

peering is great with oneprovider (uploaded 1.5 TB + in less than a
day) with avg upload speed of 20+mbps and max observer speed of 70+
Mbps
Peering is horrible with hetzner with an average speed of less than 1
MBPS and max of 4 Mbps.

Both of the machines have the same software config.
what are the other providers with similar specs (1gbps unmetered) and
atleast 2x4tb hdd.

For hetzner i pay about 28 Eur and for oneprovider about 32 US $.
Please suggest me services which offer similar specs at the same price
point (less tah 35 USD.)

I wonder if there is anything. The most I know about, they're all over
$65+ USD for similar specs. But that might be because I'm mostly
familiar with USD places lol

Ovh bandwidth is 500 mbps right

1gbps (extra cost), 500mbps (rise) or 250mbps (so you start), 100mbps
(kimsufil, depending on which offer you choose. But peering is better
than hetzner.
