question about Outside network access Komga server

So i purchased a domain, then used cloudflare to creat access to that
domain. Then routed it through cloud flare tunnel. Is this safe
enough? sorry if its a dumb question i just want my friends and family
to be able to access the server similar to how they access my plex
server ( why is plex so much easier lol )

i have a CF tunnel pointed at my komga instance, but it only allows
traffic from 4 specified countries and you have to enter an email
address (only 3 valid address are allowed) to get a one time passcode
before you then even get to the komga log in page.

komga has access tracking so you can who's logged in and I've never
once had any unauthorized access, so i feel it's safe enough for me.

How do I go about setting up the specific countries? I only need
America realistically. And yes I’ve set up each person accessing it
with their own Komga log in. I’m not sure how the passcode part would
work if they were to access it say from panels?
