Vaultwarden - Login with device not working.

Hi. I have just updated to latest vaultwarden, and as instructed, i am
no longer using port 3012 for push. I am trying to get the "login with
device" functionality to work. Currently, i get the notification on my
device, i click approve, and then nothing happens.
From my vaultwarden logs, i see this:
