Good Mint.com alternative with it being sunset

[Mint.com](https://Mint.com) is going away in January.  I've used it
for 10+ years to track everything I own, and prior to that, I used
MsMoney which is also gone.  I love having all my finances
synchronized and constantly updated and being able to see my wealth
grow.  And yes, I dislike somebody else having that direct access, as
I do with all the other things I've moved off the cloud.  But I do not
wish to export csv's every month to make this happen.  I love having
the budgetting and growth tools, but I miss the MsMoney projected
wealth/Net Worth in years/months.  [Mint.com](https://Mint.com) never
adobted this.

Any ideas of a good self-hosted replacement?  Just as reference, I
have probably have 10+ different places that have to get updated on a
daily/weekly/monthly basis for transactions/value, and I would like to
have my cars and houses value tracked to some extent too.
