I have no clue about the d s registrar I've searched everywhere in
regards to the registrar and no luck I'm using technitium-dns

You can use Technitium and use any domain name you want internally on
your own network.

If you want to use a domain name you can access over the internet
(.com, .net, etc.) you need to buy one. You buy these from Domain
Registrars.

There are many registrars. Porkbun is popular as an example.

Namecheap is a decent option, or a lot of people use Cloudflare.

Thx,  I didn't understand that I needed a registered dns to redirect
to mine as you can't create a public dns
