Admin credentials for Mealie

I just installed the latest image with Docker Compose on  OMV.  Worked
really well - but I think I need admin credentials.

After installation I created an account in a group.  Invited spouse.
She created a seperate account without group token.  We got her set up
right with an invitation, but now I have an account I'd like to delete
to keep things neat.  But when I search how to delete account I only
see the [demo](https://demo.mealie.io/login) site which does have an
admin user/group admin panel that looks like what I need.  But I don't
have access to this panel on my account.  I suppose it is only
accessible to the administrator.  But I have no idea how to login as
admin (nor can I find docs describing).  Any ideas
