Hey, I have just started with swag and I am a bit confused at the
moment. If I manually do the process, I would copy the .sample and
rename it (remove the .sample). I thought, Auto Proxy does that for
me, but I can’t find the .conf file of my services anywhere, just the
samples. Am I missing something? I need to edit the samples, to adjust
the subdomain. Thx!

you can't autoproxy if you want to use custom conf files. you can
instead set custom port, subdomain, etc with labels (read the
autoproxy readme)

The files generated by auto-proxy are in `/etc/nginx/http.d/` inside
the container and not really visible to the user. If you want to edit
the subdomain, please take a look at the `swag_url` label. Customizing
the files directly isn't intended because they are managed by auto-
proxy and could get overridden by it.

If you need more customization than possible using the labels
documented, you need to manually create and manage the reverse proxy
config in question.
