Start.me / dashboard equivalent with multi-user support?

Lots of threads on this sub for best dashboards like Dashy, Homarr,
Flame, etc. however I am now looking for something that allows
multiple users and the concept of a "shared dashboard" and
"My"/personal dashboard.

Closest I could find is a paid and managed service like Start.me

You could run something like Homepage with one instance per user, and
play with your ingress / reverse proxy to redirect to the correct
instance

This is what I use Heimdall for since you can have different users
with different access

I use [Organizr](https://github.com/causefx/Organizr) which has
different categories of users and you can set a min/max user level per
service.
