Can anyone help with Binhex qbittorrent+VPN docker image?

I have my setup with my ovpn file in the correct space. It's worked
for a couple of years now with minimal hiccups on the software side of
things. Just recently though qbittorrent won't download anything,
everything gets stuck on "downloading metadata" *ad infinitum*, timing
out on any trackers or DHT. My workaround for this previously was to
just restart the container but this doesn't work now. Checking the
logs it seems to be pinging google.com over and over again about every
30 seconds or so which leads me to believe it's not connecting to the
internet somehow even though it resolves an IP for Google.

An example of my log is as follows:

And this repeats over and over again...

Can anyone help? I've searched forums and found no resolution.
