Services Won't Load When Using Certain Apps

So, I am not sure where to even start on what to look into on this. I
have a handful of services running in Docker behind NPM using
Cloudflare DNS and have fiber internet. Everything runs wonderfully
and without issue \*except\* for a couple weird caveats -- If I access
my Audiobookshelf app outside of my network and am streaming an
Audiobook or Podcast on a computer, when I try to go to one of my
other services, they never load or takes a long time and doesn't load
completely. Even non-docker services don't respond well. Same thing
happens if I access my Changedetection instance. Resource usage seems
normal and this doesn't happen when on my network.

If I close all tabs and wait a minute or so, then everything comes
back up again and works great, until I launch Audiobookshelf or
Changedetection. Does this mean it's something with NPM or maybe
Cloudflare? I am not seeing anything stick out in the logs nor in the
browser developer tools; so am kind of at a loss of where to even
start.

If anyone has any insight or can point me in a general direction on
where to look it would be greatly appreciated!

Of course, I post this and like usual, I think I figured it out. I had
cache assets enabled and after I disabled, things seems to be working
as they should now. Go figure!
