cockpit kvm question local path noob question reddit / selfhosted ---------------------------------------------------------------------- -SHINSTER007 · 2023-11-01 08:25 I did a fresh install of ubuntu server, enabled KVM/virtualization stuff in BIOS and its confirmed working. Then I installed cockpit using the main official method for my OS. I can do the guided VM install and have their OS's installed via the internet and working correctly within the VNC. For some reason when I choose the local ISO option [I'm unable to view my local files and access my Lubuntu iso.](https://i.imgur.com/UmsZRde.png) It just appears as a / and I can't select anything further. I've seen through videos that I could be able to access my files through there Here is a read out of some errors in the cockpit log. Any idea how I fix this? This is my first time messing with KVMs, is there a better manager than cockpit?
