Getting notified after boot and all services start

Hey y'all, I have a lot of systemd service units so reboots take 3-4
minutes. Is there any way to run a notification script (preferably
using systemd) AFTER all services start?

Sure, make a basic script and use a selfhosted notification system
like ntfy or Gotify.

Ask /r/LinuxQuestions /r/Linux4Noobs how to make that script and how
to use it.
