I signed up for it and the verification code came in about 15 minutes
later. I was no longer on the verification page. Explain how an I
suppose to fix this. It's been about 1 month without customer service.
I tried to log in, but it says account has not been confirmed. So I
tried to create a new account, but it won't let me as it says an
account with that email has already been created. I tried to reset the
password and it says it can't be reset because the account hasn't been
confirmed.

Anyone else been able to get around this without creating and using
another email?
