Is this a ram issue?

For context, I am attempting to install Ubuntu server on an old
Chromebox that is currently running Proxmox.

I tried the installation 3 times with different installation media and
with Ethernet on/off to isolate the issue. I finally decided to look
at the error report and the only thing that looks weird are those
lines at the bottom saying "Registered boss e memory".

Can someone tell me what that is and how to resolve it?

That's not an error report, that's dmesg, post the full log.

Where do I see that? The next reboot after the crash has a button that
says "see crash report" and this is what shows up when I select it.
