For anyone using both Grafana and Homepage, do you know of a way to
get a Grafana graph added to homepage as a widget?

Thats not currently possible.

You can use the Grafana widget but that of course doesnt display a
actual graph, just simple statistics of your Grafana installation.

Some dashboards can integrate iframes, and through that display almost
anything from another webserver in the dashboard. Try dashy for
example.

You can submit a feature request to Homepage to get iframe support
added there too. And/or better Grafana integration.
