Which Helpdesk/Ticketing-System do you prefer?

Hi there. I'm currently looking into setting up a helpdesk website and
was first introduced to Peppermint and UV-Desk.

Do you have any opinions on these or is there a third option you
prefer?

I’ve been using Zammad professionally for years. Can recommend it.

Yeah i may go with that. The UI looks very clean which is always a
major plus in my book

+1 for Zammad - likewise been running it for a few years.

FWIW I found the elasticsearch component quite memory hungry and it
was a bit flaky until I upgraded the hosting to 16GB (currently at
Hezner) - since then no problems at all.

Can't say I looked too much in to alternatives, but I got my workplace
set up with self-hosted OSTicket. Worked perfectly for what we needed

Unfortunately, not any more, sorry!

That was a while ago and we recently finished developing a replacement
in-house so the OSTicket server is no more

They are very very bare bones .

Go look at Os ticket awesome theme instead

Been trying out a few, OS ticket seems to work for me.. help desk,
some customizing

peppermint.sh for me :)
