Self host on mini PC?

I have a Lenovo Tiny PC . Its a m90n.

Can I self host w such a PC?

Mainly for a Plex library.

Specs are i5 w 8g ram n 256g storage? I think.

For Plex you need probably way more storage. But running plex should
be no problem. Hardware transcoding depends on generation of CPU.
Everything from i5 8xxx and up will be pretty capable for hardware
transcoding.
