Why did the mysterious login page suddenly appear whenever I try to
access my services?

I use Duck DNS and Caddy for reverse-proxy. My server runs on an old
laptop with Debian and everything is on Docker. I also use Tailscale.
I didn't login using any my credentials or anything yet, have I been
hacked?

It's a common error/information dialog window related to Fortigate
products. Are you connecting from a work computer/network?
