Tool to delete mails after a period

My mailbox is exploding! I got (too) many mails to keep track of them
all. For example when I order something from a web shop I get an order
confirmation, 5 status updates, 3 updates that the delivery is delayed
and an invoice.

 I'm looking for a tool where I can set rules for when to
delete/archive mails. For example: when mail is from $shop.tld and it
doesn't have an attachment  delete the mail after a week. If the mail
is from $shop.tld and it has an attachment, store it in the folder
$shop and delete if after 7 years.

 Does such a (self hosted) tool exist?

Please help me. I've tried searching but I'm unable to find it. Maybe
I’m using the wrong keywords (not a native English speaker).
