monitor disk health

I want to monitor the health of my disks on my ubuntu-server.

If something looks wrong, I want a message over pushover.

I'm not an expert with smart-values, so is it enough to check
something like `smartctl -H --quietmode=errorsonly` and get a push if
it outputs anything or the exit-code changes?
