Mealie on Synology - importing recipes

Thanks to the user the other day who posted about Mealie, I'm hoping
this wonderful self hosted container will make the wife and I lives
much easier deciding what to have each week and produce a shopping
list for us!

I can't find any sub for Mealie so thought I'd ask here in a hope
someone maybe able to help.

I've had a Synology for years, mainly to run Emby. I haven't really
used Docker that much, only played around and never really got very
fair TBH, but I do have Mealie installed and I can add recipes etc...
via the web interface.

I was hoping to bulk import a load of recipes from a list of URL's
into Mealie as it shows here;  [Bulk Url Import -

url-import/) \- however I have no idea how I can do this on my
Synology, I'm hoping some wonderful person here can guide me or show
me where to begin.
