Suggestions for an Open Source Secure Web Gateway stack

I've been eyeing Suricata/SELKS for an IDPS stack, and am looking into
options for a  Secure Web Gateway stack next.

Mostly I see e2guardian as a popular option for an advanced web
filter, with the squid proxy.

Is that the best available currently? Are there other options to
consider? My goal is to set it up in a Docker stack.

I appreciate any guidance or suggestions. Thanks!
