I have Nextcloud (running through the official Docker image) on a Pi 4
and I’m thinking about moving it to something more powerful and
reliable, a VPS or some used mini PC. Moving the files is not a
problem, however I have shared links to folders created that I sent to
people and I don’t want them losing access when I start running a
brand new instance. Is there any way to migrate the links as well?

As long as you back up data and database you shouldn't lose any of
this.
