How do I fix this gluetun firewall issue?

I have a server on Hetzner, and I have these rules:

I keep getting :

and gluetun container is on a restart loop. Once I allow everything on
ipv4 on hetzner firewall, the connection goes through.

I can dig on the host and I don't have a firewall on the host:

Can someone please tell me what port I am missing? I also have port
forwarding and the port is also allow but not shown on the picture
above.
