IOBit Unlocker Alternative in C#

**I want to make an alternative for IOBit Unlocker in C#**, but I do
know how to do it. When I have tried in Python I have always gotten
error messages. **Does anyone know how to do it?** **I am specifically
interested in the "Unlock and Copy" functionality.**
