I've been using Plexamp for a while now, but sadly it's not a great
match with my gigantic music collection and the way I set everything
up. I need to be able to create playlists based on folders, something
that can be easily achieved with smart playlists that can filter on
ID3 tags (every song in a folder already has a unique ID3 identifier).

I use Navidrome with smart playlists as the server and play:sub on iOS
as the client to listen to them and download for offline playing.
