Hey I been wanting for a while, to get Oracle Free Tier,

i dont have a creditcard, I only have a prepaid which oracle wont
accept...

someone can help me get Oracle Free Tier?

my dad wont allow me to use his credit card... and running my server
in home takes a lot of electricity which is expensive (I had to sell
it :( )

please help me , I know how to use putty and gpg private keys

I just want their free plan BUT THEY WONT ACCEPT MY PREPAID

There is no solution that gets you access to their platform without an
actual debit or credit card.

Depending on where you are located you can always open an under 18
bank account. In the UK you could do Monzo as they have one. But for
other places I'm not 100% sure
