Looking for a selhosted solution that would allow me to add embedded
links of videos and display them on web page. The user would be able
to browse those video by categories and search. None of the videos
would be hosted on the server, it will be just streaming it from a
site like YouTube and displaying it on frame in the selfhosted server.

So its a basic static website then just displaying embed videos? Not
exactly a service. Look at static site generators:

Ok ...just hear me out ...XAMP + wordpress or what was that other
thing ...bitnami wordpress?


Is this local or over the internet? Because then you can just use
normal wordpress and paste links... Although you don't specify what
embedded video links you're going to use ...
