Trying to decide on a home cctv system

Hi everyone, I wonder if you can help, I have 3 cameras + doorbell on
rtsp/onvif and am looking at a solution to being them all together.

Searching through the sub and having a read, I can see Frigate,
Shinobi and ZoneMinder are mostly mentioned, and note that they all
run in docker which will be installed on a spare laptop (probably use
debian).

I can see they all do zone monitoring, alerts and alarms. One feature
I'd like is a phone notification of movement (such as the doorbell),
and again, it seems they can all provide this.

Looking at the three main solutions, they all seem to cover the basic
needs. I'm a tad lost - can't see the wood for the trees, and would
like to ask the group what you guys use?

None of those, i run BlueIris on a Windows system.. ive tried all the
others several times and BI is the best and easiest to configure that
i've found..

It's not free, so if that's an issue for you then you can ignore this.

What brand are the cameras & doorbell?

Doorbell is iegeek, cameras are dekco, I've got them all on tinycam at
the moment, but want to add them to my server

Frigate is solid. Configuration was a pain in the ass, but worth it
once your able to sort what your trying to do.

Zoneminder works well. Will not recommend Frigate since it has no
standalone app and security roles are absent.

Shinobi is the best one by far for me
