I'm looking for hosting providers to host my own bitwarden instance,
but I may want to host other things as well. I want a place where I
can rent running a vps/docker app for a long amount of time, at least
a year. What's the best out there in regards to service, security,
privacy, price?

Look at lowendtalk.com or simply search the sub, good/cheap VPS to
rent gets asked constantly and the answers are always the same.
